Exclusive access to the grounds is available for corporate meetings, retreats and fundraising events. Pear Tree is the perfect setting for small meetings, large retreats or multi-day conferences. Our onsite coordinator will allow you to focus on the people and tasks at hand, while we focus on the details of the day.
THE ANJOU + BARTLETT ROOMS
The Anjou and Bartlett rooms are completely outfitted with everything needed to host an event. Including locally made farm tables, champagne chiavari chairs and linen covered cocktail and guest tables. Not only is the inside space beautiful, the 3400 square foot attached patio makes a beautiful setting for an an outdoor luncheon, cocktail hour or break time. Each room is equipped with state of the art technology to make sure your presentation is seamless. While your meeting is underway, L.A. Gourmet Catering will handle the food and beverages throughout the day.
THE SPACE
The Anjou and Bartlett rooms provide 8200 square feet of space. Room for 120 guests/Anjou with classroom style seating or 200 guests in Anjou/Bartlett. Together they can seat up to 400 guests for a reception style setup. The moveable sound proof wall allows the flexibility of hosting a meeting in one room and transitioning into the other room for a reception. The Pear Tree Estate staff will take care of the logistics while you enjoy your guests.
THE FEATURES
Two sets of beautiful nine foot Amish made doors welcome guests into the space. Floor to ceiling windows, Ralph Lauren chandeliers, two moveable stone bars, an oversized fireplace and the hand stained wood decking add warmth to the beautiful space. The design elements of the room make the perfect setting for endless room configurations.
THE ANJOU or bartlett ROOM
Weekday events at Pear Tree Estate allow the flexibility for utilizing one room to better fit your meeting needs.
THE FEATURES
Each room is equipped with high speed internet, a fourteen foot projection screen and two televisions. Pear Tree Estate also offers wireless internet access for all guests. Variety of setups available including school boy tables, reception and class room style.
THE SPACE
The Anjou and Bartlett room each provide approx. 4460 square feet of space. Ample room to host up to 150 guests for a reception or for classroom seating. The moveable sound proof wall allows the flexibility of hosting a meeting, cocktail hour or reception on one side or the other of Pear Tree Estate.
